Resource Tag Constraint Editor
The Resource Tag Constraint Editor allows you to specify the specific constraints used when defining the resources required for a task assignment.
Tag Name
The tag name box contains the name of the resource tag that will be added to the resource formula defined on the Resource Required tab of the task editor.
N Resources With Tag
The N resources with tag option allows you to define a constraint where any of a user-defined number of the included members are required when the tag is included in the Resource Constraints Textbox. This will add text similar to "[Licensed Operators#1]" to the resource string, with the appropriate tag and number.
All Resources With Tag
The all resources with tag option allows you to define a constraint tag where all of the included members are required when the tag is included in the Resource Constraints textbox. This will add text similar to "[Licensed Operators#all]" to the resource string, with the appropriate tag.
Template
The template option allows you to create a template list made up of the resources contained in the tag. Selecting this option defines the current task as a Template Task Parent Definition (See Task Types). This will add text similar to "[Licensed Operators#template]" to the resource string, with the appropriate tag.
And
If multiple tags are selected before clicking Include, choosing Add or Or determines how the tags are used together. If Add is selected, then only resources that include all of the tags will be available to support this task. This will add text similar to "[Licensed Operators+Night Shift#1]" to the resource formula, with appropriate tags and other settings.
Or
If Or is selected, then resources that include any of the tags will be available to support this task. This will add text similar to "[Licensed Operators/Trainees#1]" to the resource formula, with appropriate tags and other settings.
Add
The add button adds the currently selected resource tag options to the Resource Formula for the given task.
All Resources With Tag
The cancel button closes the Resource Tag Constraint Window and does not apply a resource tag to the task's Resource Formula.
