Trouble Shooting Problems with STK Reports

If difficulties are encountered when ingesting STK reports, either the report does not contain any data (for example, an Access report that does not have any accesses), or the report has been generated in a style that STK Scheduler cannot read.

Try generating the same report directly in STK (via the STK GUI) to determine if the report contains data. If the report does not contain any data, then there is either a problem with the way one of the STK objects is defined, or there is simply no data to include in the report. If, however, the report appears to have useful data, check the Report Style Export Setup Settings in STK to verify their values.
