Interface implemented by an object that represents the parameters to be passed into the clutter geometry plugin Compute method.

ClutterPatches	Gets the clutter patch collection
RadarLink	Gets the radar link
Signal	Gets the transmit signal

An instance of this interface is passed as an input parameter to the Compute method of the IAgStkRadarClutterGeometryPlugin interface. It is the plugin's responsibility to add clutter patches to the collection returned by the ClutterPatches property.
