Interface implemented by an object that represents the parameters to be passed into the clutter map plugin Compute method.

ConstructOrthogonalPolarization	Constructs an orthogonal instance of the specified polarization.
ConstructPolarization	Constructs a new polarization object.
ConstructPolarizationCopy	Constructs a copy of the specified polarization.

ClutterPatch	Gets the clutter patch.
RadarLink	Gets the radar link.
Signal	Gets the signal.

An instance of this interface is passed as an input parameter to the Compute method of the IAgStkRadarClutterMapPlugin interface. It is the plugin's responsibility to modify the power of the IAgCRSignal object returned by the Signal property by the clutter coefficient.
