Remarks
The axis of rotation for the angle can be
aligned with either Positive or Negative direction of the about
vector. The angle is measured in the counterclockwise (or
right-handed) sense about the selected direction of the axis. The
range of values defined for the angle can be set either from 0 to
360 deg or from -180 to 180 deg.
