Description
Defines an inclusive altitude interval, in meters, that determines when an object is
rendered based on the camera's altitude relative to a Central Body.

 Initialize | Initializes a default altitude display condition. With this constructor, an object is always rendered regardless of the camera's altitude. |
| InitializeWithAltitudes | Initializes an altitude display condition with the inclusive altitude interval [minimumAltitude, maximumAltitude]. When this display condition is assigned to an object, such as a primitive, the object is only rendered when the camera's altitude, relative to the Central Body, is within the interval. |
| InitializeWithCentralBodyAndAltitudes | Initializes an altitude display condition with the inclusive altitude interval [minimumAltitude, maximumAltitude]. When this display condition is assigned to an object, such as a primitive, the object is only rendered when the camera's altitude, relative to the centralBody, is within the interval. |
