Return the number of notes currently registered for an object

Description
The GetNumNotes command returns an integer that indicates the number of notes currently registered for the specified object. If no notes have been registered for the object, Connect returns a "0."
Examples
To find out how many notes are currently registered for the ERS1 satellite in the current scenario:
GetNumNotes */Satellite/ERS1
Return message
Connect returns a message that contains the number of notes registered for the object requested, as illustrated in the following example:ACK GETNUMNOTES 1 3
