NutationModelGetEvaluator Method

Gets an evaluator to evaluate the nutation at given dates.

The result of evaluating will be a Motion<Nutation> which represents the nutation angles and may also provide their derivatives. To check whether a particular NutationModel provides nutation rates, see the Order property on the result returned from the evaluator.
