ScalarSquintAngle Constructor (IServiceProvider, IServiceProvider)

Initializes a new instance. The ReferenceFrame defaults to the fixed frame of the Earth obtained from the CentralBodiesFacet.

Parameters

viewingObject
Type: SystemIServiceProvider
The viewing object. The velocity of this object is used in the angle calculation.
targetObject
Type: SystemIServiceProvider
The target object. The displacement from the viewing object to this object will be used in the calculation.
