The TimeConstants type exposes the following members.

	DaysPerJulianCentury	The number of standard days in a Julian century.
	HoursPerDay	The number of hours in a day.
	J2000	The Julian Epoch J2000.0, which is 2451545.0 in the TT time standard.
	MinutesPerDay	The number of minutes in a day.
	MinutesPerHour	The number of minutes in an hour.
	ModifiedJulianDateDifference	The difference between a Julian date and a modified Julian date.
	SecondsPerDay	The number of seconds in a standard day that does not have leap seconds.
	SecondsPerHour	The number of seconds in an hour.
	SecondsPerMinute	The number of seconds in a minute.
