CartographicEqualsEpsilon Method

Indicates whether each coordinate value of another instance of this type is within the required tolerance of the corresponding coordinate value of this instance.

Namespace:  AGI.Foundation.Coordinates
Assembly:  AGI.Foundation.Core (in AGI.Foundation.Core.dll) Version: 24.1.418.0 (24.1.418.0)
public bool EqualsEpsilon(
	Cartographic other,
	double epsilon

Type: AGI.Foundation.CoordinatesCartographic
The set of Cartographic coordinates to compare to this instance.
Type: SystemDouble
The limit at which the absolute differences between the coordinate values will not be considered equal.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
if the absolute differences are less than or equal to epsilon; otherwise .

IEquatableEpsilonTEqualsEpsilon(T, Double)
This method performs a strict comparison of each coordinate value relative to the specified tolerance. Consider using IsEquivalent(Cartographic, Double) to account for longitude ambiguity for points near the poles.
