VectorFixedAtJulianDateGetEvaluator Method (EvaluatorGroup)

Gets an evaluator that can be used to find the Motion<Cartesian> of this vector in its parent Axes (or in the optional FixedWithRespectTo axes) at a given JulianDate. If the user requests derivative information, the motion will contain values up to either the requested order, or the highest order that the evaluator can compute. Consider using the methods of GeometryTransformer instead of calling this method directly.
