Returns an evaluator which can compute the NavigationAccuracyPredicted for this GPS receiver at a given time.

Parameters

predictionSupportFile
Type: AGI.Foundation.Navigation.DataReadersPredictionSupportFile
The prediction support file (PSF) to be used to compute the predicted accuracy.
group
Type: AGI.FoundationEvaluatorGroup
The group with which to associate the new evaluator. By grouping evaluators that are often evaluated at the same Julian dates, common computations can be performed only once for the entire group instead of multiple times for each evaluator.

An evaluator of predicted navigation accuracy.
