What's New in STK VGT 13.1

The IAgCrdnCalcScalarCommonTasks interface was added fro performing Common tasks associated with calculation scalars.
The IAgCrdnVectorSurfaceNormal OM interface was added to support the new SurfaceNormal AWB Vector component type. It provides the following properties:
- CentralBody - An IAgCrdnCentralBodyRefTo that specifies the central body on which the surface normal should be computed.
- ReferencePoint - An IAgCrdnPointRefTo that specifies the point which should be projected onto the central body surface when computing the surface normal.
- UseTerrain - A get/set boolean value indicating whether or not the surface normal vector should compute using local terrain sources. When this is true, the surface normal will compute using any local terrain available at the point's projected location on the central body surface. If no local terrain is available at the projected surface location, or if this property is set to false, the surface normal is computed using the central body's ellipsoid.
