Gets an evaluator that can be used to find the Motion<Cartesian> of this point in the specified ReferenceFrame at a given JulianDate. If derivatives are requested, the motion will contain Zero for the derivatives. Consider using the methods of GeometryTransformer instead of calling this method directly.
