The Chain Object

A chain is a list of objects (either individual or grouped into constellations) in order of access. To identify the objects in a chain, right-click the chain object () in the Object Browser, then launch the Properties Browser from the menu that appears. Select the Definition page in the Properties Browser to see the objects in the chain.

The following illustration shows a complex chain that is defined as:

• 2 ground stations
• a LEO satellite
• 2 relays
• 2 targets
