Availability Chart

The availability chart shows the time dependent Availability of one or more resources over the scheduling period.

There are two ways to view the availability chart:

• By selecting Resource -> Charts -> Availability from the Menu Bar
• By clicking the Availability Button on the Status Tab of the Resource Definition Form

Availability Chart

On the availability chart, availability is depicted as a percentage value of either 100%, or 0%, if it is not. The availability of a resource is defined on the Availability Tab of the Resource Definition Form.

Print... Button

The print button opens the Page Preview Form to allow you to define how the chart will look once printed.

Report Button

The report button creates a resource report and opens the Resource Report Form.

Data Values

The data values button creates a data values report and opens the Data Values Reports Form for this chart.

Close Button

The close button closes the chart form.
