Data Values Reports

The data values reports shows the time-dependent data for various resource attributes.

Data value reports may not show accurate information until the Schedule De-conflictor is run.

Three types of data values reports are available:

• Availability Data Values Reports
• Accommodation Data Values Reports
• Capacity Data Values Reports

A Data Values Report may be viewed by clicking on the Data Values button on:

• Availability Chart
• Accommodation Chart
• Capacity Chart

Data Values Report

Print Button

The print button prints an ASCII version of the report to the Windows default printer.

Save Button

The save button opens the Save As... form allowing you to specify a file name and a location for an ASCII version of the report to be saved.

Close Button

The close button closes the form.
