Setting Schedule File Parameters

Each schedule file contains a set of parameters that govern the schedule and are contained in the Schedule Properties Form. This form can be open by selecting Schedule -> Properties... from the STK Scheduler Menu Bar.

The Schedule Properties Form contains all of the controls necessary to define all of the attributes of a STK Scheduler scenario. When a new scenario is being created the controls of the schedule properties form will either be blank or filled with default data. When an existing scenario is edited, the controls of the schedule properties form will contain data corresponding to the attributes of that scenario.

Schedule Properties Form

The Schedule Properties Form is divided into 7 tabs:

Schedule Name Textbox

The schedule name textbox displays the schedule name. The schedule name is defined when you save a schedule using the Save As method (see Saving a Schedule File). The schedule name is synonymous with the file name minus the .ssc file extension. The schedule name textbox is not user-editable.

Schedule Description Textbox (Optional)

The schedule description is a space where you can include additional text to aid in the description of the schedule. STK Scheduler does not require this text box to be completed to function.

Cancel Button

Clicking Cancel rejects any changes made to a schedule and closes the Schedule Properties Form.

OK button

Clicking OK accepts any changes to the schedule being edited or creates a new schedule and then closes the Schedule Properties Form. Once you are finished setting all of the schedule parameters, click this button.
