Refresh the articulation state for facilities, places, targets and vehicles (any type)
VO <ObjectPath> RefreshArticState
The VO RefreshArticState command forces the model articulation state to be re-evaluated for an object at the current time.
To refresh the Shuttle's articulation state at the current time:
VO */Satellite/Shuttle RefreshArticState
If activated, Connect returns an acknowledgement message.
