Defines a method for determining equality of instances within a specified tolerance.

equalsEpsilon

boolean equalsEpsilon(T other,
                      double epsilon)

Returns true if this instance is equal to the specified instance, within epsilon. Commonly, in order for two instances to be considered equal by this method, the absolute value of the difference between each of their constituent elements must be less than or equal to epsilon.

Parameters:

other - The instance to compare to this instance.

epsilon - The largest allowable difference between this instance and other.

Returns:

true if this instance and other are equal, within epsilon.
