Resource Editor

Opens the Resource Definition Form to allow you to define a new Resource or edit an existing Resource.

Ingest From STK

The ingest from STK option allows you to quickly create one or more STK Scheduler resources from STK objects found in the associated STK scenario.

An associated STK scenario must be defined for this option to work. The associated STK scenario may be defined on the STK Properties Tab of the Schedule Properties Form.

All

The all option opens the Select STK Object for Resource Creation Form populated with all of the STK objects in the associated STK scenario. This form allows you to quickly create STK Scheduler resources from STK objects. All resources created using this feature will assume default attributes.

An associated STK scenario must be defined for this option to work. The associated STK scenario may be defined on theSTK Properties Tab of the Schedule Properties Form.

STK Object Types

Each of the STK object type options opens the STK Objects for Resource Creation Form populated with all of the STK objects of that type in the associated STK scenario. This form allows you to quickly create STK Scheduler resources from STK objects. All resources created using this feature will assume default attributes.

New Table

The New Table option allows you to select a new Turn Around Table file. This new file will replace the old file if one exists.

Use Current Table

The Use Current Table option allows you to specify if the Turn Around Table associated with the schedule is to be used.

No Table

The No Table option allows you to specify if the Turn Around Table associated with the schedule is not to be used.

This option is the default option when there is no Turn Around Table associated with the schedule.

Hide

Allows you to specify that the selected resource(s) should be hidden (not displayed) on the STK Scheduler Gantt view.

UnHide

Allows you to select a hidden resource(s) and specify that it should be unhidden (displayed) on the STK Scheduler Gantt view.

UnHide All

Unhides (displays) any resources that are currently hidden from the STK Scheduler Gantt view.

Chart

Allows you to open charts to display the availability and/or capacity for all defined resources.

Availability

Opens the Availability Chart to show the availability for all defined resources over the scheduling period.

Accommodation

Opens the Accommodation Chart to show the accommodation for all defined resources over the scheduling period.

Capacity

Opens the Capacity Chart to show the capacity for all defined resources over the scheduling period.

All

Opens the Availability Chart and the Capacity Chart for all defined resources.

Priority Convention

Opens the Resource Priority Tab of the Schedule Properties Form to allow you to define the resource priority range and importance conventions.

Report

Creates a Resource Report for the selected or active resources. If no resource is selected, a form will open that will allow you to choose one or more resources.
